NEW BOAT
Currently we have almost completed
a 62ft Narrowboat ‘FORGET-ME-NOT’ to our customer’s
specification below:
Shell
62ft Trad Shell, 10,6,5,4, spec. Steel rear and side doors, hardwood
half glazed front doors.135 gall stainless water tank.
Propulsion
Beta 43 Engine, driving Crowthers high efficiency 19X 11.5 prop.
Exterior
Painted and sign written.
5-3ft windows, 1 2ft window, 4 15in portholes, 2 9in ports.
Ropes, fenders, tiller arm and pin, windlass, hammer, pins.
Tunnel lights, nav lights, horn.
Cratch and cover.
Interior
Sprayfoam insulation.
Far eastern ply floor.
Ash faced ply ceiling, and below gunwale; pine T&G above gunwale.
Ash faced MDF bulkheads and furniture with hardwood trims throughout.
Karndean vinyl flooring throughout.
Layout
Engine compartment
Lined and with treadmaster flooring.
Utility.
With space for washer and dryer, hanging space and remote cassette toilet.
Bedroom
With wardrobe, extending cross bed with storage under, over bed cupboards.
Bathroom
With shower cubicle, vanity unit and sink, remote cassette toilet.
Galley
With 12V fridge/freezer, inset oven and hob (LBG)< round stainless
sinks, “magic” corner unit in low cupboard. Colours of cooker
etc to customer’s choice.
Lounge
With TV cabinet and display cabinet at side of front doors. Solid fuel
stove.
Equipment
Engine mounted 3.5kva generator.
1.3 kva inverter combi unit.
Bow thrusters.
Diesel fired central heating, feeding 4 radiators and calorifier.
One engine and five domestic batteries.
Two calor propane bottles with manual changeover.
Halogen light fittings, Curtain rails and hold back rails.
Radiator covers.
CE mark.
We have a 57ft trad narrowboat (Price, Fallows hull) for sale at any
stage of build. Build slots are currently available. A deposit secures
slot.
